Quality

The quality of the repair is a top priority at Kirk PCs. The technician servicing your computer is a CompTIA® certified pro who has strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience. We will document all aspects of the repair and give you recommendations for its continued use. Your system will be handled with care using standard tools for repair (anti-static mat, clear surfaces, etc).

The technician will check your system in for repair. Expect to be able to pick up your computer in 1-2 business days.

The technician will have a conversation with you explaining the steps that were taken to resolve the issue. You can choose whether to receive a printed or email invoice.
